3.6 x 3.0 meter, 1 room dwelling (approximately 11 sq. m) on a concrete floor or concrete nib wall. Single room dwelling - Loft kitset is an option.
DS 2
3.6 x 4.8 meter, 2 room dwelling (approximately 24 sq. m) on a contrete nib wall. 2 room dwelling plus loft.
DS 3
3.6 x 8.4 meter, 3 room dwelling (approximately 47 sq. m) on a concrete nib wall. 3 room dwelling plus loft and kitchen and bathroom options.
